What Makes DBT Different? 

We are not a dance training school we are a performing arts company. For each performance we hold open auditions inviting performers regardless of where they attend training. We are not looking to steal students away from their current training school but we do require them to be committed to the productions by attend weekend rehearsals, tech-week and the performance. 

We are the only performing arts company which includes ages 3 to adult, of all skill levels from the beginner to the advanced. 

We take you through the entire process from setting choreography, creating costumes, set designs and tech.

Setting Choreography

Every performance is unique to the cast. While we have choreography established we tailer that choreography to the performer giving them the opportunity to see the process

Costumes 

We have costumes for most performance pieces but there is always fittings which needs to be done and even creating a costume from beginning to end. Performers get to be a part of this process.

Set Designs

We have set pieces but they almost always need a touchup. Performers see this process and if desired can participate in painting or building. 

Tech 

For us tech is setting the stage, making the performance become alive with sets, props, lighting
